Will we be able to retrieve scan results of already scanned code after our trial license expire?

Missing a valid license only prevents new analyses. You’ll still be able to access SonarQube and all its data.

Does that apply to master scans also ?
What is the CLI / Gradle Plugin going to respond like if the license is dropped ?
Trying to wrap around a path towards sonarcloud at this point

You’ve resurrected 2 old threads in quick succession with essentially the same question. Please don’t do that. As I answered in your other resurrected thread, when the license is invalid, analyses fail. If you have further questions, please create a new thread, per the FAQ.
