In our logs I find the cause of the failure of the analysis in the title is this:

Issue exclusions are misconfigured. Rule key pattern is mandatory for each entry of ‘sonar.issue.ignore.multicriteria’

I hope this speaks to you. Let us know if you need further help to fix your configuration.
