We recently opted for the Free Plan trial, which has now expired. We are looking to upgrade to the Team Plan at $32, but we are encountering an issue when attempting to process the payment. After entering our card details, we receive the following error message: “An error has occurred while processing your payment. Please try again later.”
We have attempted the payment using both credit and debit cards, but the error persists. Given that our work has been on hold for several weeks due to this issue, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
