Error unable to verify leaf signature

I have a problem with azure Devops. The job “prepare analysys in Sonarqube” show me an error

“Error unable to verify leaf signature”

My sonar is ssl, i have imported certificated in root CA and i configure a variable NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS to point to your root ca in a .pem format.
But i still have the same problem

Is there any solutions?

I I have added DigiCert SHA2 secure server CA certificate but the problem persists
