Getting ‘unable to verify leaf signature’ error in VSTS prepare task

Hi We are using application gateway and behind it we have sonarQube IaaS. We are doing SSL termination on Application gateway and then http traffic flow from gateway to webserver. We are getting Leaf signature error. Any suggestion?

##[error][SQ] API GET ‘/api/server/version’ failed, error was: {“code”:“UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE”}
