Error Trying to Configure SAML - Enterprise Account

We have recently subscribed to the enterprise version of SonarCloud. When trying to save the SAML configuration with Microsoft Entra the page errors with “Request to create a Connection couldn’t be created or executed successfully”. There is no other details and the API call shows the same response (400).

Is there something on the backend or can you help elaborate with what the issue is on the configuration.
