Error Adding GitLab Personal Access Token: 'Admin Access on Group' Required Despite Owner Status

We’re encountering an error when attempting to add a new Personal Access Token from GitLab with an account that has “Owner” privileges. The error states: “You need to have admin access on the group.” Why might this be occurring despite the owner status?

@surenderan Could it be that the Gitlab account you logged in to SonarCloud with does not have owner permissions on the group? This is a known bug on our side, see this ticket

Thanks for everyone’s support. The issue has been resolved by adding a Personal Access Token from the GitLab Owner account.
