Dotnet build step taken too long time due to Sonarprepare@3 step

The dotnet build step is taking significantly longer than usual after adding the SonarCloudPrepare@3 step. In our Azure DevOps pipeline, the dotnet build step typically takes 2–4 minutes, but now it’s taking 25–40 minutes. Could you please look into this?
