sonarlint.org is the go-to resources to check supported languages, and I can only confirm that Scala is not supported in SonarLint for IntelliJ nor SonarLint for Eclipse.

I have absolutely no idea how how that StackOverflow user got issues in Scala code, and do wonder whether it was truly SonarLint reporting those issues.

Hi Nicolas,
I have Java, Python, Scala projects that goes into Sonarcube.
I have added Sonarlint in Eclipse which is validating Java code.
Do you know if any plugin is there to help validate Scala code.
