Disable analyzation of Dependabot PRs when not using actions

We are using Sonarcloud with our GH repos, as well as have Dependabot turned on.

I would like to ignore Dependabot PRs, because there isnt going to be a change there that matters for our Sonarcloud setup. We are not using the Actions, but the automatic integration that Sonarcloud has.

Is there a way to disable certain PRs without the Action based setup?
