Desperate | Trouble renewing licence

Hey all,

Don’t know if this is the correct place to ask this, but I am out of options.
I have tried multiple times to contact support through their emails and nobody has gotten back to me in over a week by now.

10 days ago our licence was stopped, we would like to renew it. However my renewel link is no longer active and if I sent an email to the person who gave it to us, our mail gets rejected.
Currently it’s a massive blocker in our workflow, and we don’t want to continue without this step in our process.

Does anybody know how I can get a hold of Sonar? We want to give them money but it seems like they don’t really want ours…
