What is the process we need to follow if a rule is deprecated?.
Is it necessary to find similar new rules and enable them while removing the deprecated rule from the quality profile?

Hey there.
For most deprecated rules, when there’s a suitable replacement it will be listed in the rule description of the deprecated rule. It’s up to you how to handle it from there (we would recommend removing it from your Quality Profile as soon as is reasonable, and adding the replacement if it still makes sense for your teams)
