So just to summarize:

• The same API call you used to add admin, you can use to add user, as mentioned the post I linked earlier

What this looks like is an API call like:

curl --header 'Authorization: Bearer MY_TOKEN' -X POST 'https://sonarcloud.io/api/permissions/add_user?projectKey=PROJECT_KEY&login=LOGIN&permission=admin&organization=ORG_KEY'
curl --header 'Authorization: Bearer MY_TOKEN' -X POST 'https://sonarcloud.io/api/permissions/add_user?projectKey=PROJECT_KEY&login=LOGIN&permission=user&organization=ORG_KEY'

This would restore browse permissions on the project, on top of the admin permissions you’ve already added.

Delete the project with POST api/projects/delete so that you can recreate it.

I assure you, I want us to get to a better state than blind API calls to restore access! I’m not being quiet about it.
