We are using SonarQube Community edition 8.5.

We are planning to move form Oracle DB to PostgreSQL DB, and I read about this Db Copy tool.
Where can I find the download for Db copy tool ?
Is this tool available for the community edition?

The DB Copy tool is available in commercial editions with a professional support contract.
