Connection method changed, but still removed admin role

Previously, I and my manager had admin role of sonarcloud organization.
Since we switched to another account of GitHub, our admin role removed.

I tried this since email is same and connection method changed successfully.

However, we still don’t have admin role.
Since both of us are removed admin role and only 2 of us had admin role of organization, none of us in our organization cannot access admin including billing.

could someone help us?

Resolved in private thread, by identifying and assigning an appropriate admin.
