Changing a project's Quality Gate

I can’t for the life of me find where to change a project’s Quality Gate. My employer created the account and invited me. Might this be a permissions problem?

A Project Administrator can go here to change the Quality Gate defined for a project (of Quality Gates already configured, which is a separate permission entirely!)

If you aren’t already a project administrator, your employer will need to grant the project-level permissions (I assume you aren’t an admin for the organization)
