I need to get the history of projects
when did every time the project changes QG
is there any way to get that
I tried lots of things using the API but could not fine anything helps!

Quality Gate changes are not tracked in the project activity. We threw this idea around in the past (SONAR-11550) but it was never implemented.
That said, we’ve added a lot to project activity recently (analyzer updates, SonarQube Server version changes) and I’m surprised we haven’t come back to this idea.
I’ll make sure somebody sees this, but for now unfortunately that data is nowhere to be found in SonarQube Cloud.
