Change branch main in SonarLint

Please provide

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • SonarLint plugin version: v3.13.0
  • Programming language you’re coding in: typeScript
  • Is connected mode used: SonarQube (and which version):

And a thorough description of the problem / question:

my main branch in sonarqube is “master”, but my tests sonarqube are in branch “release”.
for this reason my project is not listed in vscode, how to change the branch that SonarLint reads in this case?

Can you clarify what do you mean by “project is not listed in vscode”? Also to understand your problem I need to know

  1. Were you able to setup connection to server?
  2. Were you able to bind your project opened in VSCode to project analysed on SonarQube?
  3. If it’s yes for both previous steps - what’s your expectations and what is actual result.
