Change Application Main Branch

• Change Application main branch

The linked topic above was marked resolved and the linked Jira ticket was closed as well, but I do not see how to change the main branch for an Application:

Hi,

I’m pretty sure the “master” in your screenshot comes from your own project. What we changed was what’s now the “Main Branch” label.

Does that make sense?

Yes, that completely makes sense. But, my understanding from the linked issue was that we could change the “Main Branch” (default branch) from master to main. But, I do not see the ability to rename the “master” branch to “main” as you can with Projects. To rephrase my intended end result here. I would like this to be my “Main Branch”

Okay, designating a different branch as main is something that’s been on the list for a while, but hasn’t bubbled to the top yet.
