Cannot find faster PR feature in SonarQube

Hello, I’m using an on-premise Sonarqube “Developer Edition Version 10.2.1”. Is it normal I do not find any setting related to the cache ? The Sensor cache screenshot above is nowhere to be found.
Is it a Cloud-only feature ? If yes, any ETA for the on-premise version ?
