Cannot Edit ESLint Issues

  • SonarQube Enterprise v9.4
  • Users are trying to mark ESLint : Code Smell / Major issues which are currently Open as no-fix, but no editing of these issues is available at all
  • Permissions have been checked and all sonar-users can ‘Administer issues’

Is this a known/expected behaviour for ESLint issues ? Is there anything that can be done so these issues are editable by users ?

I guess the problem is that users cannot mark the issues False Positive / Won’t Fix?

Issues imported directly from third parties are expected to be managed in those third parties. At least, that was the expectation initially. There has been talk over the years of changing that to allow those issues to be marked FP/WF in SonarQube, but it’s not something that’s been priority.
