I see the message “This organization is not bound to Azure DevOps” in my sonarcloud organization.
When I try to bind my Azure DevOps organization with sonarcloud organization it says “This Azure DevOps organization is already bound to the following SonarCloud organization: 5rapibeclytkmhlfh6kjxsyahx7h3j34nsokc5ylexidi62widnq”. How do I remove this binding?
Well, this 5rapibeclytkmhlfh6kjxsyahx7h3j34nsokc5ylexidi62widnq that you see in the error message is an Organization name.
What that means is that a SonarCloud organization had been created with this weird name and is bound to the same Azure organization that the one you’re trying to use.
Are you aware of the existence of this 5rapibeclytkmhlfh6kjxsyahx7h3j34nsokc5ylexidi62widnq organization? A colleague of yours maybe?
We are dealing with this privately. For other readers, basically, the solution was to delete the ghost organization created as a test, so that the binding could be free up to create a proper organization.
