Can i make and add custom rules for Flutter?

i want to make and add custom rules for flutter.
can i do it? if so, i want a guide for it.

Hi,

You’ll need to start by writing a plugin to parse and analyze the language.

Note that we’re aware of the strong, and increasing interest in Flutter, and there have been internal discussions about adding support, although I can’t even say we’ll actually do it, much less give you a timeline.
