Can I enable Github Group sync in SonarCloud?

This feature is not available on SonarCloud.

SonarCloud + Github - Groups auto sync

Hello and welcome to the community forum! There is currently no synchronization between SonarCloud groups and Github groups. The only synchronization that exists is on the members of the organization. But then you have to manager the groups and permissions on SonarCloud by yourself. I hope this helps!
