Build failed during execute SonarScanner in Bamboo

I am using SonarQube 8.3, SonarScanner for MSBuild 4.10, Bamboo, GoogleTest.
I wanna run Plan in Bamboo to check coverage with SonarQube. So I installed and executed according to the guide.
In bamboo, I added task that firstly “Sonar Scanner for MSBuild - Begin Analysis”, and “MSBuild”, “GoogleTest Task”, and lastly “Sonar Scanner for MSBuild - End Analysis”.

But, This job build failed.

Failing task since return code of [C:\sonar-scanner-msbuild-4.10.0.19059-net46 @C:\Program Files\Bamboo\temp\TSPJ-VCLTES-URBD-50-MsBuildTaskType-4702075876960954411.rsp] was -1 while expected 0

but

\TSPJ-VCLTES-URBD-50-MsBuildTaskType-4702075876960954411.rsp

This file is not created.
Why did this build fail? and what should i do?
