Hello,
We are pleased to announce the beta for 1-click import all existing GitHub repositories! By pairing this with the recently launched “auto-import for new repos" feature, we’re effectively removing the “onboarding tax.” Whether repos were created three years ago or 30 seconds ago, you can get it into SonarQube Cloud effectively at scale.
Key Benefits:
-
1-click repository onboarding at scale: Admins can now bulk-import all existing repositories in a GitHub organization with a single click, removing the friction of manual repository setup.
-
Automatic project provisioning: Once imported, SonarQube Cloud will automatically provision bound projects in the user’s organization, and start automatic scanning where eligible - keeping them always compliant.
-
Easily review import summary: if your repositories for any reason are not imported, you have a consolidated review page allowing you to trigger import selectively and download a report.
We are rolling this feature out progressively over the next few days for all SonarQube Cloud customers, you can read more about the feature and how to manage it here.
Please try it out and let us know what you think in the thread below!
