"Best" way to view an individual contributor's commitment to submitting quality code

I am in the process of evaluating SonarQube v7.7, Community Edition, and need to identify the key benefits of upgrading from our current v5.6.6 version.
There is a feature, which was described in a SonarQube roadmap, that caught my attention. It showed a way for an individual contributor to view data related to his/her contributions (e.g., bugs, code smells). Is that feature currently available? Is that feature available in the Community edition?
