could anyone send me an instructions on how to backup and restore sonarqube configuration and its data to gitlab…

Hi,

These instructions don’t exist. SonarQube configuration is held (largely) in the database. If you want to back up and restore, then you need to talk to your DBAs.

Okay… thanks a lot!

I have one query thoe that what does database not stores during database backup so that we will take a backup of remaining parts of sonarqube manually in order to not to lose anything.

Hi,

The things not stored in the database are the settings in $SONARQUBE_HOME/conf/sonar.properties, and your plugins - which you should be able to re-download.
