We have Azure devops configured for each PR to trigger a CI pipeline that includes Sonarcloud analysis and then requires a successful Quality Gate response before completion.
Last month i’ve regenerated the new PAT and updated. In develop branch quality gate gets successed but when we push into master branch the quality gate is in waiting state but we see our project in SonaQube project page (all condition is passed).
Our Sonarqube version is 8.5
Can you please guide on the issue?

Thanks! I have to tell you that your version is way past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTA (long-term active version) at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:
8.5 → 8.9.10 → 9.9.4 → 10.4 (last step optional)

Actually we are using the Developer edition now is that fine to upgrade the version alone.
That’s all I’m suggesting you do. 
Upgrade from Developer Edition of 8.5 to 8.9 and then, at least, 9.9.

first we need to upgrade 8.5 to 8.9 then 9.9 version or we can upgrade directly from 8.5 to 9.9 version.
