Currently, SonarQube reads author as lower case. For example: vo, toan. However, scm account in our SonarQube is upper case (Vo, Toan). Therefore, the auto assign issue feature is not working.
Is there anyway to fix this issue?

As mentioned in another thread, an administrator has the ability to edit user accounts to add additional SCM Account identifiers.

Is there a way to automatic add SCM accounts for each user or you have to do it manually? Then it will be a pain in the neck to manually add SCM account for each of our users. 
Maybe you could script the web services…?
