All projects are gone from the list of projects after upgrade from SonarQube Developer version to Enterprise

Hi,

After upgrading our Developer editition 8.3.1 to the Enterprise with the same version all the projects from the list of projects are gone and shows 0 projects in total.
However they are existing in the database and there is no errors in the log.
Could you please help to debug it/fix it?

Hello,

I suggest you try what is recommended here: https://docs.sonarqube.org/latest/setup/troubleshooting/ to force the refresh of Elasticsearch indices.

  1. Stop SonarQube
  2. Delete the data/es6 directory
  3. Restart SonarQube

If you still have trouble, it would be great to share the logs of SonarQube.
