Hmm, the issue you refer to is a False Positive, so it does not fail an analysis, let alone a pipeline. It just reports an issue where there is none.
Either way, any problem/bug/issue is handled by the SonarSource product team according to its severity. In most cases, we do not communicate on release dates, but be assured that if a bug is really problematic for our users, and has no reasonable workaround, it is handled as fast as we can.
