Hello,
Atlassian is retiring the Connect app platform for Bitbucket Cloud, with full end of support on Dec 31st, 2026. This is Atlassian’s platform decision, and it affects every third-party app built on Connect, including the SonarQube Cloud app for Bitbucket Cloud.
We have released a replacement app built on Atlassian’s new Forge platform, live now with full feature parity: PR decoration, repository and PR widgets, inline comments, and organization and project binding all work the same way.
If you bound the SonarQube Cloud organization to Bitbucket Cloud before August 19th, here is what to do before Dec 1:

In Bitbucket Cloud, go to Workspace settings > Apps and features > Installed apps.

On the SonarQube Cloud row, select Get the Forge app.

Select Get app in the upper-right corner.

Select your workspace, then select Install.

After a few minutes, go back to the installed apps page and refresh it. The SonarQube Cloud for Bitbucket Cloud app now appears installed, and the previous app is removed automatically.
The whole process takes about five minutes and there is no downtime for existing analysis history. Full steps with screenshots: detailed instructions in SonarQube Cloud documentation.
