My current project recently renamed our ‘master’ branch to ‘main’ but this broke our SonarQube analysis. I understand that the sonar.branch property is only a feature of the Developer Edition but the Community edition should offer a way to customize the name of the ‘master’ branch to respect BLM and minority interests.
Does SonarQube have a “track renamed branch” feature? How does analysis handle when a long-lived trunk branch is renamed? (Question for community, not necessarily for you, Craig.)
