There seems to be a problem in the analysis configuration, can you please give more details on how you are running the analysis? Are you running the scanner in a Jenkins job, or are you using automatic analysis? Thanks.

I’m running via Jenkins job (CI based)
Can you check if automatic analysis is enabled on your project? It should be disabled as you are using CI analysis.
