Why issue key property is not a unique ID?

I every one,

I am currently using webapi to extract some issue from a sonarqube server in version 7.9

I stored these extracted issue in an other database and I use the property key of the issue as primary key in my model.

But when calling the webapi, I found two issues having the same key is it normal ?, should I combine other properties of the issue to be sure that I have a unique identifier for each issues ?

Hi,

Your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:

7.9 → 8.9.6 → 9.2.4 (last step optional)
