Where to submit feature request for BARR-C:2018 coding standard?

I would like to be able to scan some of my C projects for compliance with BARR-C:2018.
However, I see that it is not listed on C static code analysis although there are some tags for rules related to other sets like misra-c2012. Is there an open feature request for the ability to check BARR-C:2018 coding style compliance? If not, how can I submit one?
