When will the fix for False/Positive error S3459 about Deconstructing be released?

Version: SonarQube Developer Edition Version 9.3 (build 51899)

We have an ASP.NET Core 6 Web Api application, using C# 10.

We get a False/Positive warning about out parameters for a Deconstrucing method.

I see there is already an issue here and that was closed was closed 2 months ago.

When do you expect to release this fix?
