Web:S5148 is triggered with "noreferrer" but no "noopener"

Version: SonarQube Community Edition 9.8 (build 63668)

Rule Web:S5148 is triggered when a link lacks the rel="noopener" attribute.
However is is triggered even if the rel="noreferrer" attribute is present.

According to MDN noreferrer implies noopener; if this is indeed true this application of the rule is redundant.
