I’d like to release sonar-l10n-zh-plugin-8.0.
The aim of sonar-l10n-zh-plugin-8.0 is supporting SonarQube-8.0.

Since the SonarQube had released version 8.0, I decide to change the version strategry for sonar-l10n-zh-plugin, I want to synchronized the sonar-l10n-zh-plugin version with SonarQube, because it will more clarified the specific vesrion of SonarQube should used which version of sonar-l10n-zh-plugin, and I think I can go on supporting every language pack version for SonarQube. I had followed every versions of SonarQube from 6.0 to 7.9, there are too many versions for sonar-l10n-zh-plugin.
