Does Version 6.3.1 (build 21392) - LGPL v3 Community support code analysis for C++ ?

If yes then, Please explain with Documentation says that C++ support is supported from Developer Edition and above…

In the community edition of SonarQube only the SonarQube C++ plugin (Community) on GitHub supports C++. The plugin from SonarSource is only included in paided editions.

Is the SonarQube C++ plugin (Community) available for SonarQube v8.x ?
