Unable to run sonar scanner

  • 6.7.7.38951 (SonarQube)
    4.4.0.2170 (Scanner)
  • trying to run sonar-scanner in project folder , i received this message
    bash: sonar: command not found
  • i tried to run sonar-scanner in instillation place , i have received this message
    Caused by: You must define the following mandatory properties for ‘Unknown’: sonar.projectKey, sonar.sources

how to fix this above issue , Thank you .

welcome to the community :wave:
in order to execute the scanner you have to make the binary path available in your $PATH environment variable or move it to a location that is already in $PATH.
