Try to update sonar from 6.7 to 7.0.0
I can attach the sonar.log, sonar.properties and wrapper.conf.

I am getting the below error and I am not able to figure out.

Hi, there are no errors in the current log fragment, could you provide more info (full logs from a clean start, maybe) ?

This is the only error from your logs. You may have to google a bit what JDBC version you need for your Oracle DB, download it from Oracle, put it in the specified folder, and try again.
