I wanted to get testing code coverage of IIBv10/ESQL code by running testCases which will tell this line of code executed or not.
Please suggest.

Sorry, but I’m not aware of any support for IIBv10/ESQL.
Also, 7.4 is past EOL. You should upgrade at your earliest convenience:
7.4 → 7.9.4 (current LTS) → 8.4.2 (latest version; this step is optional)
