Stop SQ Service on Windows

Once it is started, how do you stop the service? the command ```
SONARQUBE_HOME%/bin/windows-x86-64/StopNTService.bat

isn’t working. It says Access is Denied.

i created a new topic for your question as it seems unrelated to the original question of the thread. so from the context of your question i am guessing that you are running sonarqube on a windows machine and have started sonarqube using SONARQUBE_HOME%/bin/windows-x86-64/StartNTService.bat . the error message you posted let me assume further that you started sonarqube using administrative privileges and so you need to stop the service using the same privileges (run as administrator)
