Static Code Analysis tool for Language R

Hello,
I am new to SonarQube and land it here while trying to search for Static Code Analysis tool for Language R. I have tried various other SCA tools for C#, .Net and Java. However, I am in urgent need to find SCA tool for language R. If anyone knows, anything about how to get static code analysis done for Language R, I would really appreciate the shared information.

Hi Purvi, welcome to the SonarSource Community!

There’s no built-in support for R analysis in any of our products. However, it does appear that there’s an open-source SonarQube plugin for R analysis you might want to investigate (at your own risk and without our direct support).

Also note, since you also tagged this post with “sonarcloud,” that our SonarCloud SaaS product does not support 3rd party plugins. You’ll need a self-managed SonarQube to experiment with this.
