Startup error connecting to port 9001 on docker

While starting 8.9 SonarQube LTS version in docker, I am receiving the following error,

SonarQube is installed properly but getting issue while running following command

can you share a little more information and check the logs volume if there are any additional logs in there? It seems like elasticsearch is not starting, which is usually caused by

if you are running our vanilla LTS docker image, the privileges are dropped so the first condition seems unlikely
