You should your server configuration (sonar.properties) and logs in more details. Note for example that the default port which SonarQube is listening on is port 9000.
If you still don’t manage to connect (e.g. at localhost:9000) then share more insights into your config/logs (specifically web.log for now), that should quickly prompt some next steps.

Did you troubleshoot this ? Seems like you have a connectivity issue between the server hosting SonarQube and the database URL you provided.
