SonarQube Community Edition Version 8.5.1 (build 38104)
SonarQubePrepare Version 4.17.0
A pipeline running within Azure DevOps that was previously working is now failing with the following error (full URL redacted):

I note that the error is not authorization (401) or not found (404).
I receive the 500 server error also when trying to get the resource directly (Chrome/Postman) at ‘https://sonarqube.url/static/csharp/SonarAnalyzer-8.13.1.21947.zip’.
It appears that the SonarQube instance is running as expected, as I can navigate to web interface with no issues.
I have generated a new token and configured this in DevOps, but this does not resolve the issue.
I have been unable to find any support articles on this issue. Please can someone suggest steps to resolve?
