SonarQube Upgrade Path Issue: 10.7 to 25.4 Requires 24.12 First

Hello, I am trying to upgrade my SonarQube instance from version 10.7 to the latest version (25.4.0.105899) in my linux server. However, when I try to start sonar.sh, the web.log shows the following error:

“The version of SonarQube you are trying to upgrade from is too old. Please upgrade to version 24.12 first.”

I found version 24.12 on the GitHub releases, but the file structure is completely different, and there’s no clear documentation about this on the SonarSource site.

Can anyone help me with this?

I guess they forgot to add it to Download Previous SonarQube Server Versions.
